🪔 Diwali Holiday Notice – Important Service Updates

On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, our office and support team will be observing their festive vacation from 6th November to 16th November 2026, with regular operations resuming from 17th November 2026. During this period, all business operations, including customer support, order dispatches, return and exchange processing, reverse pickup coordination, and refund processing, will remain temporarily suspended. Customers are kindly requested to plan their purchases and service requests accordingly.
All pending requests and new queries received during the vacation period will be reviewed and addressed from 17th November onwards. We assure our customers that all eligible return, exchange, and refund requests will be honored in accordance with our policies, and no valid request will be declined solely due to this temporary operational closure.
